This magnificent old farmhouse, partly renovated, allows you to enjoy a completely renovated main house of 180m2 and an independent studio of 30m2. The 3ha land has a garden area, an interior courtyard that can accommodate 7 vehicles, a pasture with our 3 donkeys and a pond (not protected for children but far from the house). The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
