En retrait de la route, vous serez au calme tout en étant proche (15 mn ) du centre ville historique.Climatisation dans grande pièce du haut qui permet de rafraichir un peu l'ensemble en été. Fêtes et soirées interdites du fait du voisinage très proche. La pièce de vie principale et le rez de chaussée sont dans un garage aménagé.

Access to the garden and swimming pool is inside the property and is shared with holidaymakers staying in the other gîte on the property. We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

Maison Merlin

The Merlin house is a gîte with a capacity of 18 people located in the heart of the village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, it enjoys a prime location in the center of the village which is among the most beautiful vineyards of the Côte de Beaune.
