The independent apartment located on the ground floor of our house is composed of a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

The 150 m2 house is organized on the ground floor around an equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and toilet. Electric heating and wood-burning stove. You will enjoy a beautiful garden. Number of people accepted 8 inside and out. The house is not suitable for party people.

The Reflection of Water

This peaceful home is great for a family stay. Located in Beaumont-le-Roger, it is less than 15 minutes walk from the train station (direct train from Paris Saint-Lazare), shops and the city center. The main house offers a large stay overlooking the river. An en-suite house includes a master bedroom (bed 160), a children's bedroom (single bed and sofa bed), as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Our cottage (45 m²) is an old bread oven dating from 1827, completely redone respecting its original style. This gite is located on a plot of 7300m², facing south, with a terrace, in a very peaceful environment, 200 meters from a large forest, marked out by hiking trails. This typical cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
