Located right outside of the gate to PARRIS ISLAND!! 3/2 home. NO PETS/ANIMALS ALLOWED in this home, no exceptions, (owner is highly allergic). Ranch style home, open concept floor plan, completely remodeled May 2018.. Beach & Boat access is nearby. Park and tennis courts are nearby. Do not use fireplace. Blocking or disconnecting cameras or sensors is grounds for immediate removal without refund. No parking on grass! Your stay is important to us. No inside cameras.24-7 recorded outside

Cara May Cottage

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Meridian Rd. Guest House Walk to Restaurants/Parks

1 Bedroom Guest House. GREAT location. 15 minute walk over bridge to downtown. Bedroom has queen bed, living room has full size futon. Small Fridge, Microwave & Toaster in kitchen (No Stove/Oven). Quick walk to Fishing dock and Dockside restaurant PLEASE! put the correct amount of people. It’s a maximum of 3 people. There is an additional fee for a third person. There is parking for 1 vehicle. If additional parking is needed please inquire as to availability prior to booking. Thanks!

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.
