This one room studio (no separate bedroom/kitch)in the Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and is a bird watchers paradise with 366 species of birds observed and documented here.Look up Edwin B Forsythe and you will see info on the visitor center with walking trails.) Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, Historic Port Republic & Smithville Village! This is a fisherman’s wharf clean and comfortable. Not fancy.

This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Impeccably maintained, natural light, and spacious. Restaurants and shops 1/2 block. Bagels, coffee and ice cream same block. Keurig & Cuisinart coffee makers. Exceptionally CLEAN.
