Charming Cottage with Pool and Stunning Views

Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

This beautiful Maison du Maitre, built in 1820, is located in the charming medieval village of Mielan, close to Marciac (host to the annual international jazz festival) and Mirande. The house has stone walls, beamed ceilings and many original features. It is in a fabulous setting with a lovely lush garden, private wood, large pool and south facing terrace. The house faces south and west and is flooded with sunlight through its many large windows, making the rooms feel bright and airy.

Close to Mirande and Trie s/Baïse, it is 25 minutes' drive from Marciac and 35 minutes from Auch. The village has a post office and a small bread/grocery store.
