This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Mit dem Auto 15 Minuten bis Chur, der ältesten Stadt der Schweiz. Das Haus verfügt über einen Kamin, grossen Flachbild TV, WLAN und gemütlichen Wohnraum. Das gemütlich eingerichtete Studio (EG) liegt auf 800 Meter ü.M in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Vom sonnigen Sitzplatz aus geniesst man eine prächtige Aussicht auf den Alpstein (Säntis). Dort ist eine Grillschale vorhanden. In ca. 10 Min. sind Bus oder Appenzellerbahn zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Umkreis von 10 km sind diverse Freizeitanlagen erreichbar (Minigolf, Bäder, Wandern, Skifahren, Biken).
