This is a spacious, beautiful home with all the amenities that is located off of US 31 right in-between Petoskey and Charlevoix. We are one mile south of the bay with access across US 31. We are 8 miles from Petoskey State Park which has a huge, beautiful beach. This home has a large deck perfect for gathering/barbequing. This home is in the quiet community of Bay Shore Estates which is a manufactured home community. Dogs are welcome but see below for breed restrictions ($25 flat fee).

Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Nestled in rolling green hills in between Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Boyne City, the Woodhill Rose Cottage offers peace and tranquility with quick access to many amenities. Built in 1930 as a schoolhouse, the tasteful conversion has retained many original features. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home is surrounded by trees in the the Charlevoix Country Club community. It is just 3 miles from downtown Charlevoix. There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
