The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

The house is located in the heart of Bollendorf, a 10-minute walk from the outdoor swimming pool, a 5-minute walk from the Luxembourg border. Kayaking descents along the Sauer are only 10 minutes away in Dilliningen/Luxembourg! Echternach and Trier, the oldest city in Germany, are only 10 or 30 minutes away by car. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with TV and private bathroom. It has an equipped kitchen, terrace and large garden.

While the Ecluse Simon has been completely renovated to offer all modern comforts, no structural transformation has been carried out in this house registered with the Walloon Regional Heritage.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for nature, peace and relaxation.
