Lou Marcelou is a beautiful village house in St Croix du Verdon, a typical provencal hilltop village in a stunning location overlooking Lac St Croix. This is the upper apartment and sleeps 2/4 . The lake is beautiful for swimming and relaxing. It's only 5 minutes walk or a minute in the car away. There are beaches near the village with snack bars and boat hire. Or, if you prefer privacy, the lake is surrounded by secluded beaches which you can walk, drive or better still go by boat to.

Our rental is located in Bauduen, a sublime Provençal village located in the heart of the Haut Var and bordering the lake of Sainte Croix. You will reside in a large completely renovated duplex. The sleeping area and bathroom are on the ground floor and the upstairs living space offering stunning views of the lake where you can enjoy the terrace for a beautiful sunset. All the amenities of the village as well as the beach are very quickly accessible on foot.

In the beautiful season, which is long in Provence, you can have all your meals in the garden under the pergola, or rest in deckchairs while admiring the lake which is just below your house. You may not move your car for your entire stay, lake, supermarket, restaurants, are all within walking distance in 5'.

This large studio, its private terrace and its adjoining wooded and quiet land offer you a superb view of the lake with changing colors and the pretty village of Bauduen, less than 2 km away. (Nice little restaurants!). It's a 5-minute walk to the lake, small forests and close to many trails. This bright 38 m2 studio (5 windows!) is located on a small green hill, accessible by a staircase next to my house. Pets are welcome.
