Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Facing the sea, we will be happy to welcome you in our fully renovated apartment, located on the first floor in a small condominium (no elevator). In a bright space of about thirty sqm, you will find equipment like at home, with in addition, an ocean view! Access to customs trails is almost in front of the building. In less than a 10-minute walk, you can go to the village of Batz where you will find different shops.

Ty Bihan (~40m2) sleeps 2 to 6 people . On the way to the beach (at 700m) you will find the shops , the small wood and its games for children... Kitchen : induction, oven, microwave,fridge, freezer, and dishwasher ( parents are on holiday!). Kids will find games for quiet moments and beach games to play feet in the water. Baby equipment is available ( no need to overload the car!) The sunny days are coming !

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
