Vi è una fermata del bus molto vicino dal quale si può raggiungere bene la città di Assisi. L'appartamento ha un ingresso indipendente ed è completo di tutti i comfort. Sono presenti 4 letti più un divano letto. La casa ha a disposizione un parcheggio privato. La cucina è accessoriata e a completa disposizione.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !
