Luxurious tranquility right by the lake

(From November 1, 2025, we only take four guests) Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. Here there is no must-see, only serenity. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

House near sea, nature & golf courses

Bring your family and friends to the village of Ängalag, between Båstad (8 km) and Torekov (4 km). Here you live in a guest house, in a wing building, on a small farm near the sea, nature and seven golf courses. In the area, there are many beautiful excursion destinations, such as Norrviken's gardens, Hovs halls and Tora vineyard, as well as nice beaches, hiking and biking trails. The newly renovated, and fully equipped, 80m2 house has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.

House from the 20th century with modern and stylish interior. Close to communication and bathing. Parking with space for three cars. All practical as you can imagine. 170 sq.m. that are cleverly utilized. Stylishly decorated that gives a snug feel. Sea view and close to nature with nice paths among rocks and playgrounds for children. Garden that allows playing and barbecuing with associated patios and balcony. An open fireplace that provides warmth and tranquility during colder periods, perfect for relaxing.

Renovated house with 200 meters to the sea and all of Båstad's range of harbor, beach, tennis and nature within walking distance. The house offers a large and well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the south-facing balcony with barbecue for lovely dinners in the nice garden. You live comfortably in new beds in all the rooms and there are two bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. For the little guests, there is a changing bed, cot and high chair available.
