This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.

Our ‘treehouse’ sits on the ridge in the famous wine region of the Swan Valley, a 45-minute drive from Perth and thirty mins from the airport. Sip champagne from the hot-tub and look down the coastal plains! Views from our 'jetty' look down across the valley to the Coastal Plains, often You will see Kangaroos and other Fauna. Welcome to our secluded idyllic acres at Swan View on Jane Brook. Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles. Near scenic John Forest National Park, great walks in the Swan Valley and Perth Hills area. Continental breakfast and light meal are ready for you to put together in the kitchen.
