The lower level has an open floor plan with kitchen and living area. There is a staircase leading up to the second floor open loft master bedroom, with a queen size bed, and enclosed bathroom. The children's bunkbeds are in an open alcove at the top of the stair way.

The Ice suite is a completely private space located in the heart of downtown Clarion, PA - minutes from I-80. This self check-in unit has a private bedroom, full kitchen/living area, and bathroom. The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
