3-storey fisherman's cottage, with 3 bedrooms

Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

Only a 15 min drive to Eryri - Snowdonia National Park. Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) is only 14 miles away. With underfloor heating, wood burning stove, toilet, shower, fridge and a patio you could not wish for a more secluded location. Hot tub is located 15 feet from the pod and very private. All on 1 level with features to aid those with reduced mobility. NB: Step down from driveway then up 1 step to main entrance.

It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space.
