Holiday cottage in the countryside "BEe in foREST"

The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

Comfortable apartment P+1 in a completely renovated Karst house in Sežana. Bedroom on the first floor. Additional sofa bed in the bedroom measuring 80x180cm for an additional fee. Free parking and a large lawn in front of the apartment are available. The apartment has its own entrance and a mini gym. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a "Welcome Basket" with local delicacies. The skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer our guests free bike rental. The location offers an excellent starting point for excursions.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Country style aparment in the heart of Karst

Country style family home is situated in calm area of family houses where you can enjoy beautiful views of Karst. The kitchen has all necesary equipment including oven, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Dining area can host 6 people. Living room has comfortable sofa and two armchairs. All bedrooms have plenty of room for your things. Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be joined and used as a double bed. Bathroom has bath, washbasin, bidet and washing machine, toilet is separated.

The elevator will take you to the floor where through an independent terrace you will access our elegant and quiet 75 sqm apartment consisting of a hallway, large open space living area with equipped kitchen, fabulous double bedroom, independent dressing room with large walk-in shower and bathroom.

Cosy 1 bedroom apartment

Apartment is located in Zavrhek, a small village 7 minutes from Primorska highway and few minutes drive from Škocjanske caves which are a part of UNESCO heritage. Another monument worth visiting is 20 minute drive to Lipica and its Lipizzan stud farm. Nature lovers will find our little village calming as you can walk around safely. For cyclists there are many marked routes around Zavrhek, mostly passing through woods and meadows. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Attic located on the eighth floor with elevator. Open and panoramic view of the gulf and the city, a few minutes walk from the center and the beautiful Piazza Unità. The area is quiet, in the immediate vicinity are the stops of several bus lines and various shops. Also within walking distance are the historic site of the Castle of S. Giusto, the Astronomical Observatory and the J.J. Winkelmann Civic Museum of Antiquities. Public parking is free in the district

Enjoy the brand new apartment (renovated in May '24), located in the center of Trieste (100 meters from Viale XX Settembre, 13 minutes walk from Piazza Unità). The apartment is located in Via Nordio. It is an area, where you can find restaurants, bars, wine bars and small shops. The property is located on the third floor of a historic building with an elevator, windows facing the courtyard, which makes the apartment quiet, considering the central position.
