We are located in an area served by buses, with a local train station 400 metres away, allowing you to quickly reach the city centre, the Unipol Arena, the exhibition centre and the airport (2 km). A quiet residential area where you can park easily. Ideal for holidays and medium- to long-term stays, thanks to its spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen and convenient location for getting to all of Bologna's attractions.

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Beautiful apartment, entirely decorated with frescoes and overlooking a large garden. The flat is spread over two levels. On the first floor, Two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.
