The residence is 400m from the city center, and provides easy access to all important points. We are in the pedestrian zone and the area of the PARENZANA cycling route. The connection for cyclists is excellent along the sea. It is only 4.7 km to Koper by bike along the route under century-old pine trees. If you choose the cycling route towards Portorož, Piran, you have two climbs and the tunnel of the old PARENZANA railway. Izola has a city beach called Svetilnik, the cleanest sea is here.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.
