Loft apartment in Sagrada Familia

This is a legal tourist flat with license for 2 guests. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

A modern kitchen and dining area are featured, with sleek cabinetry and wooden flooring. A glass-top table is surrounded by metallic folding chairs. The space is illuminated by track lighting, and a cozy living area is visible in the background, adding to the open layout.

Nice loft in the warmest Gracia area for 6 pers.

Very nice, cozy and spacious loft, with quality furnitures and parquet floors, in a old building of Gràcia neighborhood. A part from the main floor, it has a mezzanine with two double rooms. Hi-speed WIFI available for free. Very well connected. Fontana metro station is just 1 minute away. This apartment complies with local requirements and is enrolled in the Catalonia Tourism Register with code HUTB-004865. *Please read house norms before booking.

The apartment has a comfortable queen bed, and the office space above it includes a single bed. With the metro, you can reach the Old Town Center and the beach in just 10 minutes, and the Sagrada Familia is a 20-minute walk away. Guests also enjoy the nearby local market and local restaurants.
