The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Cottage 3 La vigne est belle for 1 to 3 people

Our 3rd cottage "From Porto to Tangier" is a charming little cottage that can accommodate 1 to 3 people with a decoration on the theme of our travels. The cottage is on one level, with a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen area, 1 living room with TV and a beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyards. You can rent our relaxation area with jacuzzi and sauna if you wish, at least 24 hours in advance. Our chickens and sheep will be delighted with your visit.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Come and discover the Charentaise countryside, in the heart of the Cognaçais vineyard, in Grande Champagne, on a vineyard. I provide you with a new accommodation of 50m² adjoining my house, but totally independent. Guests can enjoy the heated family swimming pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.
