Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Completely independent cottage in our property in the heart of the vineyards, in the municipality of Saint Paul, near Blaye. Fully south-facing, very quiet, with exposed stone and wood, very comfortable with garden furniture, barbecue, air conditioning, washing machine, and... bathtub, and equipped kitchen. You have a large wooded garden to yourselves Independent parking, bike shelter available. Baby equipment on request. Very fast Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work.

Le gite de la tour: Detached house located in the countryside in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards. On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bedroom (160/200 bed) and bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Ideally located 6 km from the Jonzac Thermal Baths or the heart of the city in a quiet location with beautiful views of the countryside. 4270 m2 garden with fruit trees. Small pond and open-air café. The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. If there are 2 of you and you want 2 bedrooms, register 3 people.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.
