It consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, a living room with kitchenette and a terrace both overlooking the lake and sunrise and a storage room.

Modern apartment set in the frame of a splendid period building from the early 1700s that stands out imposingly in the quietest and most reserved part of the village. The enchanting and exclusive view from its terrace overlooking the lake will leave you breathless. Loft consisting of a living area, a sleeping area shielded by blackout curtains, a small separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Accessible through an external courtyard that gives a unique position in the heart of the historic center.

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Pool closed after november 15.

Located in the lower part of the historic village, Il Loft del Lago is located 50 meters from Piazza del Molo and 20 meters from Piazza del Lavatoio, a few meters from restaurants and clubs, very close to the lakeside beach.

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.
