All within walking distance - 3 grocery stores, two bakeries with hot pastries, a restaurant of fish and meat cuisine. The embankment is 100 meters away, there are restaurants, a large luna park for children. Market with fresh seafood and local berries,fruits,vegetables, cheese, meat, prosciutto 2 km. Medical facilities nearby.

The apartment is located right next to the sea port and the beach. City center, two groceries, a lot of bars and cafes within walking distance. There is one bedroom with balcony and studio area with kitchen, TV, two sofa-beds, dining table and with balcony as well. Both rooms with air condition. In the kitchen you can find any kitchen equipment you would need. You can find all the necessary bedding in the wardrobe and pantry. Small bathroom with a washing machine, washbasin and shower.

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
