With lake and mountain views, Jasen Apartments offers accommodation with patio, around 8 km from Lake Skadar. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Apartment "Garden" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Villa Maria 4 provides a miraculous view on the sea, mountains, and the city of Bar. This cozy apartment has everything for a relaxed vacation. It provides guests with privacy and peace. Villa Maria 4 is an attic apartment surrounded with Pine trees . It is on a hill, 60 m above sea level, and 300m air distance from the nearest beach. It is well suited for romantic couples, solo adventurers, small groups, and families with children.

Apartments Queen offer 13 apartments suitable for 36 people and with the possibility of adding a baby cot. They are situated in a three-storey building 260m from the beach. The accommodation units comprise 6 double studios, 2 triple studios and 5 one bedroom apartments. All units have central heating and cooling, cable TV and Wi-Fi access, and guests can use the barbecue in the yard, swimming pool and secure parking.

Set in Virpazar, 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Villa SEMEDER provides a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a garden with a barbecue. This villa features a terrace. This air-conditioned villa is fitted with a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, as well as kettle. Lake House Buric is a House on the very shore of Lake Skadar, located in the very center of the National Park. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the entire lake, various species of birds, nature, mountains, even from the terrace you can see Lovcen, the mausoleum where Njegos iz buried.
