The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. This is our family old house , renovated to rent, when we are away. Situated in residental part of Bar , near beach Susanj. It has a lovely garden, comfortable living room with a kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. You can enjoy all of this, but we are using attick above with own entrance, so you have totally private part of house.
