Hot water, safe fenced area, parking space too, it’s part of a small complex, it’s very close to access from highway, has a convenience store close by and a breakfast restaurant too. Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country.

No cuenta con cochera pero cuenta con lugar exclusivo frente al departamento. Ubicado en un vecindario tranquilo, a pocos minutos del centro y Macroplaza del mar y de la playa. Puedes llegar en vehículo a la zona turística en 10 minutos aproximadamente. El moverse en uber o trasporte publico es una buena opción.
