Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

The duplex apartment has a bright living room on the ground floor with a south-east orientation and a wide view of the garden and surrounding fields. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms available: with a single bed, two single beds, and a double bed for children. A modern shower room and an additional toilet add to the comfort. Historical sliding windows let in light and air, the tiled stove in the decorated niche creates cosy warmth.
