The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

Detached tiny house designed for and built in a unique location within cycling distance (5 km) of Groningen city centre (bikes available to borrow free of charge). Enjoy the tranquillity of the Groningen countryside with views of the city skyline. The tiny house is a self-contained living unit measuring 2.5 m x 5 m, built from repurposed materials. Equipped with a shower, toilet, water, electricity, internet and heating. Bus stop is 200 meters away.

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

A private electric gate leads to the property. There are many corners and small huts to discover on the premises. If it gets cooler, you can comfortably light a basket fire in the garden or the stove in the living room.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend community. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings, and very well equipped. It's heavenly there at any time of year and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).

Cozy in the villa close to the sea

We love our second home in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. Meanwhile, we also rent it to holiday guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car takes you to the sea and the sandy beach or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, always beautiful.
