Our 75-m² apartment is fully equipped for 4 guests. Located right by the sea, on the first floor of a 100-year-old thatched-roof house, it offers 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a 1970s design. There are no neighbours. On the ground floor, you'll find the 'Klabautermann' restaurant. There's also a sauna (for a fee) and a private outdoor area with a beach chair and outdoor furniture. Winter special: Ice bathing in the swimming pond with a water temperature of 2 degrees 🥶. The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.

Ground-floor apartment (58 m²) for active families and couples. 700 m to the wide Baltic Sea beach, 45 km of cycle path on the doorstep (part of the international Eurovelo route), bicycles free for guests. In the large garden, there is a barbecue gazebo, billiards, table tennis and garden chess. Sauna and whirlpool daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm included in the price. Ideal for anyone who loves exercise, fresh air and relaxing evenings.

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards) is for you to use and included in the price.
