There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

Our new, nice family cabin is great both in summer, autumn and winter. Our cabin is located 800 m.o.s. in a quiet area with wide mountain views in all directions. In summer and autumn - great areas mountain tracking (Høgevarde, Tempelseter, Gråfjell, Ranten, Madonna), biking, swimming, picking berries, fishing and relaxing. Norefjell ski and spa is located 15 minutes away. In winter: Ski tracks are just outside our cabin. Norefjell skisenter is 15 minutes away by car.

In a few minutes, you can reach the city center, the recreational mile ¨Reeperbahn¨ as well as the Hamburg harbor. The Messe area is two minutes nearby. My accommodations are suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
