This place is wonderful if you are looking for peace and space. Away from tourism. Stroll through the pine forest, hike to the old wooden bridge, the centuries-old Roman bridge, or walk part of the Via Egnatia. Then crawl into the hammock with a book. A stay in Villa Lugina is very suitable for a solo retreat or workation. There are a few small shops in the village. Vegetables can be obtained from our greenhouse or vegetable garden. And if you want, you can eat with us. The villa is located on a dirt road.

Far from busy places, this is a small farm set in a natural amphitheatre of green hills, olive trees, and woods. Lumas, like the SuLove region the farm takes its name from, has remained an authentic and living farming place. Coming here feels a bit like stepping back in time. Life is simple: birds in the morning, sometimes a donkey in the distance, farmers working as they always have. If you feel like it, you can go for a walk, visit the Sineci waterfall, or spend some time in Berat.

All facilities have their own part of the yard or a terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. Here guests can go horseback riding, hiking and swimming in the lakes, pet animals, collect mushrooms and berries, drink mountain teas. Our farm has cows, pigs, horses, chickens and ducks. We have a dining area where you can relax and enjoy the unreal view

Free internal parking is available; the B&B hosts up to 12 people. A private vehicle is recommended.
