La Casa di Silvestro is an elegant stone residence, ideal for immersing yourself in the tranquility of the Itria Valley. Two bright and comfortable double bedrooms, a large kitchen, and two private atriums provide an oasis of absolute peace. A single sofa bed is available upon request. The host enhances the stay with tastings of typical products, traditional dishes, extra-virgin olive oil produced from the property's own olive trees, and local wine, for an authentic Apulian culinary experience.

Featuring a pool, a fully-equipped kitchen, and all the amenities needed for families and groups of friends. Surrounded by natural beauty, it boasts great views of Berat from above. This is 1st floor of villa perfect for everyone, offering facilities like : air-conditioned , a spacious lobby, poolside beds, and a large garden. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining with our BBQ area.

Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.
