This is 1st floor of villa perfect for everyone, offering facilities like : air-conditioned , a spacious lobby, poolside beds, and a large garden. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining with our BBQ area.

Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.
