Comfortable house on the sea, with direct access to the sandy beach from private terrace. The apartment can accomodates up to 6 people in two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Amazing sea view terrace with chairs, table, umbrella and bar corner LED illuminated. Kitchen and living room open space with 42 inch Tv, oven, microwave, coffee maker. Wi-Fi free. Air conditioning and mosquito nets in all windows. Large courtyard in the back of the house and free parking.

Beautiful independent villa at 100 metres from the beach, in Trappeto near Palermo in Sicily. The immediate proximity to the sea allows you to easily walk to the beach made of fine sand suitable especially for children. The villa has two double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Outside, large spaces, both at the front of the house and at the back with an additional built-in kitchen, bathroom and shower. Two covered verandas and a large garden. Free wi-fi unlimited.

The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
