The city of Palma is just a 20-minute drive away, and the vast, unspoiled, and idyllic Es Trenc beach is only 15 minutes away, offering stunning views of the Cabrera Archipelago Nature Reserve. Enjoy a The Sub or classic beer tap with a wide selection of brands. There's a fantastic built-in outdoor barbecue, a chill-out area, and a picnic area with a relaxation zone at the rear of the property. Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities. For guests' use, and completely free of charge, the house always provides all kinds of cleaning products: hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, and kitchen roll. Mosquito repellents and additional fans in each room are also provided. New guests always receive a welcome gift, including the first tank of beer, a bottle of wine, and a basket of eggs from our free-range hens. This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.
