Green Hills Monferrato is a house in the Piedmont hills designed to be truly enjoyed, inside and out. Large, fenced-in private garden with areas shaded by olive trees and open spaces in the sun, a patio for outdoor dining, and an outdoor sitting area surrounded by greenery. The house stays cool even in summer thanks to the thick walls. The interior is finished with quality materials – marble, granite, and natural wood – and carefully selected furnishings to provide comfort, relaxation, and privacy.

Charming residence immersed in the quiet of the Asti hills, where the authentic charm of nature and exposed bricks meets contemporary comfort. Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds.
