In the vicinity of the Káli Basin, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we offer a guesthouse for rent, which was completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. The guest house also has a covered parking space. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. The terrace of the house mostly overlooks the vineyards. The house comes with a 45 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.
