Sea-view villa at beach with large garden and pool

Beautiful old Corsican sheep hut served as a base for this peacefully located little villa with lots of privacy in its sea-view gardens. The beach is right next doors for the easygoing sunbathers, and the active can find activities like dive, surf, SUP, waterski, jet ski, parapante and more. The islands capital Ajaccio can be reached within half an hour south for your cultural trips, shopping and night life, but in the north await many coastal treasures than can be explored within 1-2 hours.

Located on a quiet private land without neighbors, ideal for those who love living in the middle of nature. You will have direct access to the Asco River to cool off. Between sea and mountain you will find multiple activities in the Asco Gorges ( hikes, adventure course, kayaking ). The town of Ponte Leccia is about 4km away, there are all shops, doctor, pharmacy etc... My horse will come to say hello to you at the windows. We also host bikers with pleasure.

It is located a 10-minute drive from Calenzana, the GR20, Calvi, beaches, airport, and 5 minutes from shops. This home is very well maintained and fully equipped. Guests can park their vehicle on the property, enjoy the garden and use, on request, the barbecue and plancha. Two other listings are for rent from us on this site.
