It offers the perfect oasis for rest and relaxation in a spacious villa equipped with all the amenities needed for an unforgettable vacation. The villa has 6 modernly decorated rooms and sleeps 12 people. The villa overlooks Velebit, the green of the forest, and the sea can be seen from two rooms. It is suitable for a year-round stay as it has an indoor pool, a sauna and a whirlpool.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

An old, fenced in and FULLY AIRCONDITIONED country house with a touch of country flair,soul and charming details. It is surrounded with flowers and greeness. It is very much loved , cherished and I hope you will have that kind of feeling when you get here. The pool area is spacious and hidden from all the looks. Groceries shop is near. Every year we invest into something new so it is very well equipped. Daily pet fee 15 eur per pet to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Beach pool house with artistic touch

Unique beach house with a splendid seaview, infinity pool( heated) and hot tub with sea view in the village Jadranovo, quiet and beautiful part of Crikvenica Riviera. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.
