Beautiful studio, freshly renovated, close to the park and the city centre with🥩 butcher, 🥐bakery,🍽 restaurant, bar☕️, tobacco shop. The memory foam sofa bed and sofa are easy to use and offer a comfortable bed. The studio has a private terrace 🍸of 25 m2. If you are looking for beautiful hikes or cycling, it is perfect for nature lovers (🚲secure box). Located not far from Rennes and only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Breton coast⛵️🌊

We live on a farm, so you'll have views of the chickens and the cow meadow. The grounds are not fenced but your doggie is welcome! We have a dog and a cat ourselves.
