The apartment, air-conditioned is located in a beautiful building built in 2016 in the middle of Rue Sainte! It is close to public transport, the Abbey of Saint Victor and Notre Dame de la Garde. Shops around, you will appreciate the location, the calm, the sunny terrace. Perfect for couples, business travelers and families with children, and I have another apartment of the same type in the same building on the 5th. Paid public parking and free places on the street.

Luminous airy flat in the most trendy area of town

The flat in traditional Marseilles style is perfectly renovated. It suits couples and families with one or two kids perfectly. Well equiped kitchen, near to the old port and the ancient city, all necessary shops and plenty of restaurants just round the corner. Very interesting for people who want to work in a bright place. The bar on the ground floor is often busy and sometimes a bit noisy on weekend evenings.
