Our villa of 200 m2 is a haven of peace located 300 m walk from the beach of Nogent, in a residential area of Sainte Rose. It offers sea views, has an infinity salt water swimming pool and a beautiful tropical garden (ylang ylang, banana trees, mango tree, several varieties of palm trees, guava, etc.) on 2700 m2 fenced, with a carbet. Two charcoal barbecues (in the garden and in front of the house). Presence of water tank to compensate for possible water cuts.

Bungalow close to all amenities, 5-minute walk to a small shopping mall (COLIPRIX, LEADER PRICE, Pharmacy, Bakery, Grocer). You will enjoy the idyllic setting of the nearby beaches, BOIS JOLAN 5 minutes, the beach of Bourg de SAINTE-ANNE 7 minutes and the CLUB MED 10 minutes (by car). This house is live with the Atlantic Ocean. You will feel its presence in your hammock where the whisper of the waves will come to lull you. We want to allow a couple to enjoy it, by limiting the rate to a single room. You will come alone, as a couple, without children. You will come to recharge your batteries, live with love and fresh (and salty) water. You will have the entire house knowing that only one room will be at your disposal.
