Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. The local recreation area is also home to the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. Viel Stauraum in den Schränken.

A small (approx. 45 square meters) but nice attic apartment on the second floor. Quiet, non-smoking apartment in a two-family home. From two nights, €60 per night for up to two people, each additional person €10 per night (max. Occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed). Long-term rental on request. Hand/bath towels are provided and are changed once a week. Bed linen, dishtowels at no extra charge. In the courtyard there is a table with chairs.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Quiet apartment on the outskirts - close to KIT-Campus Nord

Beautiful basement apartment on the outskirts of Leopoldshafen. Shopping facilities (Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, bakery) as well as the tram to Karlsruhe (S1/S11) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. It takes 15 minutes or 5 by car or bike to get to the kit campus Nord by foot. A bike can be rented from us on request. The location on the edge of the Black Forest and the proximity to the French border invite you to breathtaking hikes and culinary day trips.

Tower room in the northwest city

We rent a separate room with private bathroom, kitchen and TV on the 3rd floor of our historic tower house. The house is located on a turning hammer and in less than five minutes you are at the tram stop “Feierabendweg” from where you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Karlsruhe. In good weather, you can see both the Black Forest and the Palatinate Forest from the room. The double bed built into the sofa can be converted into a living area,
