My accommodation is 20 minutes by subway from Stockholm city. Completely renovated and fresh, this small 2-room apartment is very modern and functional. 10-minute walk to Skarpnäck subway station, direct access to soccer fields and green areas. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Small apartment with its own entrance in villa

Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Great family house in the southern part of Stockholm, next to nature reserve and 20 minutes from the city centre by subway. Food store, pharmacy, café, restaurants, several playgrounds and a lake nearby. The house is ideal for families with children. 69 sqm plus a basement of the same size, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is on a quiet street, has a sauna, terasse, a great garden with a pirate ship tree house, trampoline and the forest just behind the house.

Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.
