The house has a large fenced plating with its own jetty, small swimming beach and fantastic sun conditions from morning until the sun sets over Askerlandet. Outdoor lounge with Sonos and projector for music or movie nights and AppleTV inside. Full kitchen inside, as well as pizza oven and grill outside. Two kayaks and SUP available for trips on the fjord. There is also a jacuzzi with a lovely view inwards towards Oslo.

Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 5, 9 og 13 år. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
