One minute to walk to the beach. View of the sea. Newly renovated, most things are new. Nice outdoor area. Private parking with charging space for electric car. Good restaurant and bakery at Nesoddtangen pier. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, there is a good sofa bed in the living room. Coastal path past the property. Often deer in the garden.

The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
