Our open, spacious bungalow has 115 m² of living space and a 30 m² terrace facing east. There are some wide steps to the entrance door, but no barriers in the house itself. For visitors to our spa region and Vienna tourists, our house is ideally located with optimal connections to Vienna. We are also happy to welcome families with children and provide a travel cot and high chair. Well-behaved dogs are not a problem. Cars park for free outside the door, bicycles in their own basement compartment.

Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber einer großen Wiese was die Ruhe fördet und das Kilma angenehm macht. Die Wohnung befindet sich bis zur Hälfte im Untergeschoss, was im Sommer für ein angenehmes Kilma sorgt. Durch die spezielle Konstruktion kommt viel Licht in die Räume. In der Ortschaft gibt es 22 Buschenschenken, wobei meistens 3 Betrieb zur selben Zeit geöffnet sind. Es Gibt eine Bäckerei, 4 Restaurant und einen Bankomat im Ort. In 500m Umktreis gibt es Hofer, Lidl, Billa Plus und dergleichen.
