Living area: Living room (42 sqm) with adjoining kitchen, 2 bedrooms (14 sqm each), bathroom, toilet and entrance hall. Living room with dining table for 4 to 6 people and sofa bed (150 cm). Direct access from the living room to the terrace (20 square meters) with a generous seating set. Bus to Vienna (city limit 3 km/center 20) runs every half hour. Two supermarkets on site. Just five minutes into the woods.

This charming detached house is located in the recreational area on the Schlosssee in Oberwaltersdorf next to Fontana Golf Club From the large living room with dining area you have access to the idyllic conservatory (incl. Sauna) with magnificent views of the beautiful castle lake. In the attic you can expect 3 rooms and a spacious bathroom including bath and shower. All 3 rooms and ground floor living space are equipped with modern Wi-Fi air conditioning, with air conditioning and heating function & Car parking space

You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Welcome! Enjoy the tranquility in the countryside, sports activities (e.g. running, cycling, horseback riding, tennis, etc.), the proximity to Vienna and Vienna Airport. Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

The former garage has been lovingly converted into an accessible loft-like studio with an e-charging station. Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

*Holiday house with garden* Our cottage can accommodate up to 8 people on approx. 100 square meters. In addition, a large garden is available for exclusive use. The property is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Tattendorf. Vienna can be reached in 50 minutes by train, and Wiener Neustadt and Baden are also publicly accessible. In the village, there are a supermarket, Heurigen and restaurants. Please be aware that €2.50 per person per night is due at local tax.

The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Das romantische Apartment Lara ist im 2. OG über eine klassische Pawlatsche zu erreichen. Es verfügt über Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Das Albizia Apartmenthaus wurde 1909 im Badener Architekturstil erbaut und 2022 liebevoll restauriert.
