In our home, which has been designed with families in mind, every detail has been considered, from the fully equipped kitchen to the peaceful garden, balcony and terrace. We are only 5 minutes away from the sea by car. While located very close to famous restaurants and gastronomic stops, you will feel the warmth of your home. We would be delighted to welcome you to our apartment, which is ideal for experiencing the spirit of the region and enjoying a pleasant holiday.

Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

This place is used as an office during business hours, and guest check-ins are done here. A screen is placed for your privacy; your accommodation area is separate from the villa. 🏡 It is also available in our bungalow listings.
