We are only 5 minutes away from the sea by car. While located very close to famous restaurants and gastronomic stops, you will feel the warmth of your home. A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Located right by the sea, with a peaceful garden and a comfortable atmosphere, it is a 4-minute walk to the beaches and a 10-minute drive to Sığacık, the ancient city of Teos, and Teos Marina. Air conditioning available. The house has all the necessary equipment for you to cook. Filter and Turkish coffee machines, air fryer, KitchenChef and basic kitchen supplies (tea, sugar, salt, etc.) are ready for initial use. Soap, shower gel, toilet paper; clean spare sheets and towels are available. The host lives on the terrace floor.
