On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Our house with 2 apartments is located on a 2000 sqm property in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly on the famous Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe cycle path, the ferry dock, the adventure pool and restaurants. Good starting point for hiking, biking, as well as for visits to castles and palaces as well as sights. The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" is about 500 m away. From here you can reach the cultural city of Dresden in 30 minutes.

Feel-good Apartment Lösnitzgrund

Our feel-good apartment is in Radebeul in an absolutely dream location with an incomparable view over Dresden and the Elbe valley. The vineyard (paradise mountain), the wine taverns as well as cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

Friendly 50 m² apartment

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

Vacation home with Lilienstein view

Relax with the whole family in the middle of Saxon Switzerland, right at the Königstein Fortress. Enjoy the view of Lilienstein and little Bärenstein from the terrace. A bakery is within walking distance, as is the Thürmsdorf Palace with café and castle park. In a few minutes by car you are in Königstein with restaurants and shops or in Wehlen with swimming pool or Rathen with the famous bastion. Perfect for nature and recreation lovers!

Vacation in the lovingly restored farmhouse

The 65 m² apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a living-dining room with a 10 m² balcony. On request, a baby crib (€15 per stay) can be provided. The underfloor heating and automatic room ventilation (with pollen filter) ensure a comfortable climate all year round. Ceilings and floors are mainly made of wood.

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface area. The bathroom and living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our holiday home is located in the centre of the Easter Mountains. Renowned destinations can be reached by car in a short time. (Dresden, Elbsandsteingebirge, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soaps, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte and Prague e.t.c.)

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
