On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".

Ceilings and floors are mainly made of wood.
